Creative Connections in Medicine is a group aimed at providing students with opportunities to integrate arts practice into medical interactions.

CCM does this in a few ways, including volunteering with the Healing Arts Program at Rhode Island Hospital, creating art projects for the community, and engaging in other creative initiatives that focus on the wellbeing of those that receive care but also those who provide care.

 

We promote awareness, increase involvement, and encourage discussion about the use of arts and other creative modalities as ways of healing and connecting in medicine.
